ICS has once again been included in a prestigious ranking of the world’s most innovative managed service providers (MSP) by Channel Futures, a media brand that offers business strategy, research, case studies, and community engagement for the digital services industry. Defining MSPs as a company that independently monitors Information Technology (IT) infrastructure for its clients, Channel Futures evaluates thousands of MSPs annually as part of its MSP 501 Worldwide Company Ranking. MSP 501 is the world’s first, largest, and most comprehensive survey and ranking list in the IT channel.

ICS has earned a ranking for the sixth year in a row. The list, which saw thousands of applicants from across the world, is based upon data collected by Channel Futures in conjunction with its affiliated site, Channel Partners. Applicants are ranked on a unique methodology that weights revenue figures according to long-term health and viability; commitment to recurring revenue; and operational efficiency.

In the 13 years since its inception, the MSP 501 has evolved from a competitive ranking list into a vibrant group of service providers, vendors, distributors, consultants and industry analysts working together to define the growing managed service opportunity.

“These benchmarks are what local businesses should examine when choosing a managed service provider with the experience, skill set, business knowledge and defined strategy to help them succeed in this fast-changing digital landscape,” says Kris Blackmon, Senior Content Director, Channel Partners and Channel Futures. “In all of the managed service providers that New York has to offer, ICS stands as a shining example of excellence.”

With offices in the Binghamton, Syracuse, and Ithaca areas, ICS has been in the business of helping clients to create comprehensive technology and telecommunications solutions for more than 30 years. President & CEO Kevin Blake is excited that industry leaders recognize the quality of ICS’ work. “I am honored and thrilled that ICS has been included in the MSP 501 for the sixth year in a row. I am very proud of our expert team as we could not have achieved this without the skill and continued dedication of our team, Blake said.

ICS provides full-service support to manage technology needs explicitly tailored to each company. Since today’s technology requires urgency and reliability, ICS offers day-to-day task automation and 24/7 monitoring to ensure that each client’s business stays connected and running smoothly.
